Our new toddler kitchen tower, a podcast episode you can't miss, and more mom stuff from around the internet
Happy Wednesday, mamas!
If you are a new years resolution person, I hope yours are still going strong! Thanks to my sweet 18-month-old, and her 5am wake-ups, most mornings I’ve been able to check off my workout and cook a high protein breakfast for both of us long before 7am. I’ve been much more productive since I started to truly embrace her schedule, and it feels good! So I guess I really should be thanking her for helping me work towards my 2025 wellness goals?
DISASTER RELIEF
Instead of sharing my favorite shopping picks with you this week, I wanted to use this section to highlight some ways to help those impacted by the devastating California fires. If you are looking to help, here are some ideas.

REVIEW: Boon Pivot Tower
We have been putting off buying a tower/step stool for our daughter to use in the kitchen so she can help and have a better view when we’re cooking. Our kitchen is small, so the thought of adding another baby product to our home has been hard to swallow. But after a few weeks of scouring reviews and asking friends, we went with the Boon Pivot Tower. I really only have positive things to say about it, and I’m super critical when it comes to baby & toddler products.
I initially preferred the aesthetic of the wooden kitchen towers, but it was harder to find one that folded, had more than 4.5 stars on Amazon and had many reviews mentioning sturdiness. The Boon Tower is $130, which is in the middle range of what you’ll pay for one of these. It’s very well balanced, is made of steel and plastic, has non-slip feet, and the best part is that it folds up SO easy for storage. However, figuring out the folding technique takes a little practice. But now that I have it mastered, it takes two seconds to open it up or store it away. We purchased the white color, but it also comes in a monochrome gray, both of which are great neutral options. Let me know your thoughts if you try it for yourself :)

LISTEN: Aly & AJ on Call Her Daddy
I know Alex Cooper isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but this week’s episode was such a nostalgic treat for the millennials. There was a lot of fun Disney Channel lore discussed (ICYMI, the sisters confirmed that Aly was offered the role of Hannah Montana before Miley Cyrus was cast), but my favorite part was hearing about Aly’s motherhood journey and her adorable son. Listen to the full episode here.
Thank you for scrolling with me! Until next week. ❤️
