Princess Diana's iconic diaper video, my 2024 holiday card, the cutest winter jammies, and more mom things from around the internet
'Tis the season! Pass the wine, mamas 🍷
We made it back from our cross-country trek! All four flights were way better with our 1.5-year-old than I expected, and all of our luggage made it to Cali and back. Success! The three-hour time change was the hardest part of the experience —Florence took many naps on the go, at wineries and in restaurants. And the 3am wake-ups were…fun! It’s all about perspective, right?! But now that we’re home, I feel so behind on all of the holiday things, from shopping for gifts to ordering our Christmas card. And I absolutely have to accomplish that today…so pleeeease make it all the way to the end of this email to help me pick!

OUR HOLIDAY CARD
We’re printing our holiday card with Minted for the second year in a row. All of our addresses have been stored there since we sent out save-the-dates for our wedding in 2020. So last year it was super easy to update any address changes for our first family Christmas card with our daughter. For 2024, I’m choosing between the below options. I’m leaning towards B, because I feel the design and shape of the card are fun and different. Option A has a fun ~reality~ photo on the back: my daughter ripping the bow out of her hair, my husband laughing and and me dramatically rolling my eyes, but, gah, I can’t tell if it will land as funny or cringe. What do you think? Let me know in the comments on the Substack app or by replying to this email <3
